DAY – 1

Welcome to your 3-Day Mindset Transformation mini-series! Over the next three days you’re going to receive revolutionary instruction in my 3-R transformative process to reclaim your soul-power and to reprogram your mind for success.

It is my wholehearted belief that if you can change your mind you can change your life and Science proves it. Surmounting research has been completed that demonstrates that through different strategies geared to change our thinking we are able to reprogram neuropathways in our brain.

In essence retraining our mind to default to conscious success based thinking, rather than defaulting to past unconscious thoughts about ourself, others and our environment.

But, this requires very strategic work on yourself.

You see there are 2 significant truths; (1) All thought blocks originate in past experiences; and (2) In order to manifest a better life for one self and your loved ones; you have to learn to turn your setbacks in life into your set-ups for leveling up now.

This means to have a success mindset you have to reprogram faulty beliefs learned from past experience imprinted in the subconscious mind. This is accomplished by deconstructing faulty thinking to create new conscious intentional thought to promote success.

Today you are going to learn the first step to do just that – reprogram you mind for success!

RESET

I want you to think about the brain as a central and core circuitry board where all energy transitions and transverses between the conscious and subconscious mind. When we learn information through experience it imprints through electrical waves of energy in our mind.

Depending upon the intensity of energy of the associated emotion linked to the thought; highly charged thoughts imprint in our subconscious mind. It is here that we store thought scheme typically characterized as impactful. Such as;

  • Exposure to Childhood Adverse Experiences; and

  • Traumatic Events (Losses, acts of nature, war etc.)

This activity will help you identify Emotional Triggers – knowing these triggers is essential to the process of reprogramming because it’s the first and most powerful part in the equation.

What’s a trigger? Simply, it is a re-experienced warning signal. A Trigger can be a cue of experience imprinted in your subconscious mind.

To identify triggers you have to reflect and explore situations (environment) that evoke an unconscious response (usually a stress reaction) based on associated memory.

In today’s activity I’m going to ask you to download my form “Trigger Mapping Worksheet” and do a little reflective work, as well as, self-assessment.

I’m including a self-assessment instrument (posttraumatic stress index) that you can use to assist you in this process, if you so desire. It’s up to you how deep you want to dive. What I will share with you is the deeper you’re willing to go the more profound the transformation will be.
