I use simple activities and strategies regularly to conform my mind’s eye to focus on very specific and positive things in my every day life.
You see you have a very small structure at the base of your brain that is the size of the tip of your baby finger. Yet, it has an all powerful function. Its called your reticular activating system and it acts as a filtration system of the information from the environment that will enter your consciousness.
