Organic Intelligence considers the science of Complex Systems – The most famous quote about Complex Systems comes from Aristotle who said that “The whole is more than the sum of its parts”. Simply speaking, we were created with a complex inner mind field that receives information from the outer systems that we live within, filtered through our experience.
What I have learned and experienced is of our ability to be with what is right here and right now around us, to truly experience it from a sensory perspective, is an amazingly accurate indicator of if and when we are ready to go inside with clarity, without getting lost in the storms of the past or catapulted into anxiety and future projection.
Realignment is a wonderful way to reality check ourselves when we are beginning to spin on a conveyor belt of thought, emotion, sensation, or image and interrupt the escalating spiral. When we are getting lost inside and losing touch with what’s really in front of us it’s a way to come back, returning to a living, breathing relationship with the world we live in and the people around us. Being able to realign the here and now with the inner storms is not the end of the road to healing, but it is where we end up more and more when we are further along on our own healing path; more here, more aware, more connected and responsive to what and who is here now.
